If anyone had any question about how far David Miller has his head shoved up his naïve asshole, it should be crystal clear now.

Miller’s call for a national hand gun ban was futile enough, but this is way over the top. Now the mayor has called for the closure of two target shooting ranges on city property.

It’s absolutely unbelievable how Miller runs around the city pointing fingers at everything but the root cause of so-called gun violence in the city.

I don’t know where he gets his nerve. I don’t know how he can actually do these things and then show his face in public. I don’t know how he comes up with this crap.

He’s more than willing to close down a couple of shooting ranges denying law abiding citizens of some recreation, but he refuses to identify the thug element from a certain cultural group that’s responsible for most of the “gun violence” in the city.

Does the man who was given the responsibility of running the city really believe that closing these ranges will do “anything” to stop crime?

If he does, if that what he really thinks, then he’s not fit to be mayor.

This guy has to grow some big balls and tackle the real problem. Go after the actual perpetrators and once and for all get it through his thick pinko skull that guns don’t kill people, people kill people.

So, by Mayor Dave's reasoning, once we close down the gun ranges, all gun related-crimes in Toronto will end? Excellent!

On the off-chance that this is not exactly the case, will we then see Mr. Clean Sweep acknowledge the error? Will we?

Is there a way to impeach the mayor? In addition to being stupid, he's a coward. He will leave this city in mess when he vacates his office. A city quickly losing its tourist appeal, with a sh*tty transit system and filthy streets patrolled by thugs.

Even people who don't like guns can see what a foolish idea this is.

None of our three levels of government will acknowledge the problems that a certain island culture has with guns and violence.

But as ususal, Rome burns while the mayor fiddles.

The Mayor Comrade Miller enters the meeting room and steps to the microphone " Ladies and Gentlemen, thank you for attending this crucial emergency meeting , as you know our great city is being over-run by 84 year old gun-toting white males and it is my sworn duty to rid our streets of this scourge. I will personally wrestle every weapon away from their gnarled, arthritic fingers until our society is once again free of this blight. God Bless Toronto !"

To that the Mayor leaves the room waving his little red Maple Leaf flag.

Well that's it. Mayor Tommy Shanks is officially running the show in Toronto. You can expect him to start having fireside chats on T.V. anytime now...

I truly feel sorry for the good people of Toronto, it was where I was born & raised for 30 years. And since Mayor Shanks has been in "control?" of that once great city, it has become a now international joke. There has to be some way to get this lunatic out of office A.S.A.P. before he really does some permanent damage.

Is Miller actually afraid to say what the root of the problem really is? Could he possibly be freaked out enough about this crap to be so afraid as to point a finger a worry about retaliation on his own ass? What is the real reason for his dellusional behaviour??

I honestly can't believe Miller is that stupid.

I think that he's trying to make himself look like he's doing something about the problem so that people don't say he's a lame duck.

Anybody with half a brain knows that shutting down 2 shooting ranges will not make a tiny bit of difference with gun crime on the street.

If Miller wants to put his money where his mouth is, he should advocate taking hand guns away from city Police officers, if in fact he believes that this city's culture does not condone guns. Lets see how far he gets with his Police Union buddies.
