There's no question about it. Unfortunately it's a dude. Chris Crocker - looks like he's made a name for himself making these highly unstable portrayals on youtube. Creepy guy.

This was the first time I saw this clip and after 5 seconds came to the conclusion:
1. That is a poor excuse of a guy.
And,
2. YouTube has become a soapbox for worldwide losers' cry for attention.
